Booking Rules
Deposit
A non – refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment . Your deposit will be kept for no-shows & last minute cancellations.
Late arrival
A fee of £10 will be applied if you are 10-20 minutes late . More than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show
